The Stanley Engineering Company was founded in 1984 in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The Company is staffed with many individuals with extensive experience in the engineering, setup, and operation of our state of the art computers and CNC equipment. Our management team collectively has over 100 years of CNC job shop experience. We are equipped to handle small prototype projects as well as large production runs. We have been awarded contracts in excess of $1,000,000. We have extensive assembly capabilities and welcome the opportunity to provide higher level assembly/sub-assembly products. Our capabilities include simultaneous 5-axis machining of complex aerospace shapes, as well as simultaneous 4-axis wire EDM. We are equipped with a Makino MMC system which consists of a bank of horizontal machining centers fed by a rail guided vehicle that is linked to a multi-layered pallet pool. This eliminates setup time and cost as well as enabling rapid delivery for repeat work. We are able to electronically import data files from most any CAD system and produce and inspect them from the imported electronic data.
